5 Day Rain Guarantee
The day of your cleaning counts as one of the 5 days in the 5 day rain guarantee. Customer must call and ask for a touch up within those 5 days to get on the schedule. Customers will be placed on the cleaning schedule and touched up within the next 30 days. This is for outside windows only that have been dirtied by rain. Windows dirtied by sprinkler systems or any type of overspray will not be addressed.
Removal of debris
Customers asking for removal of debris such as but not limited to paint, stickers, film, mortar need to hold liable those who allowed these type of debris on the glass. Glassy Window Cleaning will not be held liable to scratched, discoloration, or imperfections in glass caused by the debris or removal of it.
